Ten Emiratis were rescued after getting stuck in a rain-flooded valley in Al Ain.
The Al Ain swift water rescue teams, which is under Abu Dhabi Police rescued the men who had gone to Wadi Saa to enjoy the rainy weather.
Police said the men were found in good condition.
The rescue team had received three separate reports from Wadi Saa notifying them about the men that had been trapped in the flooded valley.
The teams immediately rushed to the scene and rescued the Emiratis that been trapped in the valley.
They were transported to safe places where they were given first aid and other necessary medical care. The rescue team also provided 69 different ambulatory tasks.
Abu Dhabi Police have urged the public to be cautious in the current bad weather and to avoid valleys and water pooling areas.
People have been told to listen to the weather forecast and to follow safety instructions during unstable weather conditions.
The public should avoid the areas near electrical wiring lines, trees and open areas during rain, said police.
